Feedback from workdshop March2021What did you learn today?I learned a lot – skillfully address and attend to children in our community. Never hinder children from knowing and finding out about the love God has for them. I also enjoy songs and actions. elisabeth H
The importance of children ministry; the ways you can go and teach God’s Word to the children; Bible-based teachings & demonstrationsI’ve learned today that kids matter to God and that they are very important in the Kingdom of God. God is very interested in the lives of children.
Children are very important to God and they need to be reached/ saved for Christ (Pastor Kevin Frantz)
I learnt quite a lot this morning session. As a child of God I do pray with my kids but never actully tell or taught them at every occasion that this or that is given or provided by God or Father. And I realize that theirs or our whole life is a lesson and to tell or talk about God. And also an easy steps to introduce Christ to them. (Gloria Klyngaard)
I've learned a lot on a deeper level on how to help children and how to recognize when someone needs help and the skills and tools I need to help them. How to keep them entertained but learn a godly lesson out of every experience. (Charnelle Jaden Schuller)
I have learned that even if you reach one child it’s enough because it will affect an entire group/people through the going of time.I learnt that ministry of children is very important. Its not just for walls building but in our workplaces, in our home and communities. There is a scripture that says teach a child the way they should go so when they are older they may not stray from it. (Jameela)
How are you going to apply what you have learned: *Be an example not just read what the Scripture says but doers of the Word!Finding ways to bring the message across through games and other activities.Implementing it to one child at a time!
* Applying: with my senior sunday school teacher, I would do so kindly and severely and regularly too. (Charnelle)
*when you sit at home and eat tell the kids it wasn’t me who gave them food but is God working through me.Reminding them that the clothes that I buy them, that is not me but God and they must look after it.When they lie down to sleep, play Gospel music and when they wake up tell them that it is God that woke them up and not the alarm so you need to thank God for the day. (Mireldea)
*I would apply what I have learned for sure:being an exampletake action instead of....one child at a timeteam work makes the dream work I will apply all of what I have learned today in our local sunday school, the games and the crafts are very helpful. The songs are very helpful also to spread the message and they will remember the actions as well.
